Condo hallway with quiet hard-surface flooring and closed apartment doors

Wailea, Kihei, and Kahului condos often have a one-page rule that quietly controls your whole project: hard-surface flooring may need a minimum sound rating, a certain underlayment, or written approval before a plank goes down.

Install windows matter too

Wailea owners: Wailea & Makena flooring. Kihei: Kihei flooring.
